Medical Imaging Equipment Division
Sales Order Tracking System
Developed a
Relational Database Management Systems for recording and
tracking sales orders from inception through to the
final payment of the invoice. The System employs a
detailed tracking plan that includes ownership routing,
check lists at each stage and a complete history log of
progress notes.

Sales Order Module
prepares the sales orders; then tracks each order
through the complete manufacturing process (complete
with check lists) until the sales order is invoiced
and payment is received.
Support Modules (the
support modules are linked (via ODBC) to a Unix
Mini-Computer)

Customer Data Module
containing general contact and notes information for
the various customers. The individual customer
screens show related sales data such as: current
sales, sales history, and payment history.

Parts Data Module
containing eMED's complete parts inventory. The
individual parts screens show related sales data
such as: current orders where parts are required.

Independent Sales
Representatives Module containing general contact
information for the various sales representatives.
The individual ISR screens show related sales data
such as: current sales, sales history, and payment
history.

Invoicing and Payment
Module for invoicing and recording customer
payments.

Reference Module is a
standard in all dbmPower's Database Systems where
the different data tables required for the program
are accessible by the client for updating. This
gives the client the ability to keep the program
data current with out the need for a programmer to
change any "hard coded" data.
