    The program has the ability to receive an order direct from the grocery stores and then  prepares the pick list for the warehouse personnel to prepare the order.

• Ability to adjust inventory for damage, and returns

• Tracks/reports on slow moving product or product that has an expiration date

• Prepare/prints an order book for the individual grocery stores
    The program reports the available product with quantities, average movement of the item and expiration dates.

• Query the inventory by various criteria (slots, product expirations, vendor)

• There are a number of management reports to assist in the administration of the warehouse. Some of which include: let down reports; empty slots reports; ability to track and group product type; warehouse movement.

Store Operations :

Out Of Stock Tracking System
Tracks all the product on the sales floor that is out of stock and provides the ability to record a reason for this status. Then reports are prepared for management review, as well as reports for the varies suppliers (vendors) involved.
Planogram Study
Tracks the actual shelf product layout against the planned shelf layouts.
Mexico Service Levels
Tracks the timely delivery of product to the stores from the varies suppliers.  Then supplier performance reports are prepared for management, as well as reports for the varies suppliers.
Store Ordering System
Prepares the stock order for product coming from the warehouse (see Warehousing System description above).
