HEB : Corporate

Partner Performance Data System
Tracks employee's in key performance areas: Attendance & Punctuality, Productivity, Quality of Work, Individual Promises, Standard Operating Procedures, Accidents and also includes an area for Positive Action. The system then uses these occurrences to prepare employee appraisals and reviews.
Medal of Honors Program
System tracks and awards points/prizes to the employees based upon different areas of performance.

Transportation Division

Produce Traffic System
Tracks all of the produce purchased across the country for the HEB Grocery Stores. Tracks the pickups of product, the suppliers, the carriers and coordinated the trip deliveries to the various warehouses.
Freight Data System
Tracks and reports on all of the freight bills for the transportation division.
Uniform System
Purchase Order system for the purchasing of uniforms for the transportation division.
Driver Paging System
System send pages to the individual drivers as to their warehouse pickup and store delivery locations and schedules.

International Trade & Logistics Division

International Trade Data System
Tracks all the products eligible to be exported, along with all their tariff and supplementary information.
New Item Tracking System
Tracks all items selected for export through a series of  stages. The System records the progress and current status of each item. The System is viewed and updated by several different departments, keeping both the USA departments and their counterparts in Mexico aware of item status and progress.
Permit Data System
Tracks the expiration and renewal of the multiple permit requirements for items exported to Mexico.
Some Additional Systems
have been developed for the International Trade Division to track the retail movement of product in Mexico; a system that produces labels and itemized reports required at the border for crossing products; and a project management system.

Manufacturing Division

Manufacturing Division Data System
Major system that tracks a multitude of areas of production. Some of which include: personnel hours and overtime, productivity, plant injures, and sales/cost of goods. The data is available by individual plant and is also grouped by plant type, regions, and management responsibility. The plants are also ranked is all the areas that are tracked by the data system for quick management review.
Bakery Processes Reporting System
Database system that accumulates, archives and reports on various automated production processes within the bakery manufacturing plant.
