Web Based online Surveys
Developed a web based
survey system where 1500+ surveys a day are taken. The
surveys are available in 7 different languages. The
resulting survey answers are compiled into management
reports on a daily basis. The reports are available to
management in a web based reporting system. This allows
SBC Pacific Bell to react to customer demands in a
real-time basis.

Bell :
Advertising Division
Automated Advertising Budget Administration Developed to
establish annual advertising budgets; and then track and
report those budgets, projects and expenditures through
the year.

Diversity Marketing Division
Diversity Marketing Data System
Developed to track
and report translation projects for the different SBC
divisions.
Glossary Database
Developed to retrieve
various terminology translations to help maintain a
continuity between the translators and translation
projects.
Library System
Developed to track
and report on media material (articles, videos,
brochures) stored for rapid retrieval. There is also a
checkout module to track items removed from the library.
